Thank you everyone for a wonderful party on Friday night! Thank you for pitching in for the kettlebells (prepare to be tortured) and the wonderful plaque marking my one year anniversary. I am humbled, and I am honored.

Go through entire deck of cards,
the suit of the card determines the exercise, the number of the card, determines the quantity.
HEARTS= PUSHUPS
DIAMONDS=BOX JUMPS
SPADES=SIT UPS
CLUBS= SQUATS
JOKERS= 800 SPRINT
ALL CLASSES ON TUESDAY MEET AT LA TUNA CANYON TRAIL HEAD
FROM 210 EXIT AT LA TUNA CANYON. TRAIL HEAD IS DIRECTLY OPPOSITE THE PLANT NURSERY.
