Look at these stats! 97% of you PR'ed yesterday. Wow. What really impresses me the most is how many of you just a few short months back had trouble cleaning the bar...or understanding what a "clean" was in the first place.
Some of you avoided the classes where we worked on the Olympic Lifts.
It's amazing how if we attack those things we suck at, we suddenly don't suck at them anymore.
Then, suddenly....as if by magic... Cleaning and Jerking the bar is, dare we say it?
FUN!
