  1. 12 days strict on paleo diet and i feel amazing! i have more energy than before and feel i am getting faster in my workouts. have not got on a scale just to keep my mind motivated so i don't know if i have lost. i will continue strong and give it 100% and hopefully my results will show my hard work and the willpower I've been having. GOOD LUCK to all in the challenge and thanks Shannon for being an amazing coach you rock!
