Serious Fun

CrossFit Survival had a freaking good time on Saturday night, as we celebrated the last six weeks of successful training.

Here are but a few of the party goers PR's:
Deadlift
Denise went from a 58 to a 100 pounds
Charles went from 175 to 215
Joel went from 210 to 250

Cleans
Jacque pulled 95 pounds off the ground

Jackie went from 73 to 120 pounds

Joyce ran a 7:08
Ryan went from 8:29 to 7:00 flat
Sandra went from 8:00 to 7:24
Greg went from an 8:16 to a 6:40
